Return Policy

Cabinets and Vanities

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. Note that we strongly recommend ordering sample door(s) in advance of your purchase as colors, textures and patterns are not always accurately reproduced on a screen or in print. Returns are not possible due to color variations; where a

customer has not ordered and received a sample of the product that they wish to return prior to ordering it from us; or for Special Orders.

It is the customer’s responsibility to report any shortages or damages within 24 hours after receiving the products. No Claims will be accepted after that period. No returns will be accepted after 14 days from receiving the product(s). All returned items must be in original packaging, unopened and in resalable condition. Modified cabinets, cabinets with drilled holes, specialty painted, and boxes with missing parts are not returnable. All returned items must be in their original

packaging, or return will be declined, and product will be donated to local charity. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All assembled cabinets are NOT returnable.

Refrigerator panels, shelf boards, toe kicks and back panels are non-returnable.

All finished wood products exhibit color changes when exposed to light and environment.

Differences in grains, mineral streaks and color variations are normal. All wood cabinets will expand and contract due to temperature and humidity changes. Such expansion and contraction are expected and are not considered defects.

Cabinet Hardware

You have 14 days to return any item or items in their original unopened package from the date of receipt. You will be credited the full amount minus any shipping charges and restocking fees. Any special orders may not be returned for any reason. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Defective or Damaged Hardware:

If a product is defective or damaged you must notify us within 2 business days, we will ship another at our own expense upon return and receipt of the defective item’s.

Please do not ship anything back without prior authorization. All returns must have an RGA Number clearly marked on the package. No credit will be issued without this number.

Warranties:

All warranties or guarantees are limited to those offered by the manufacturer. Most of the Items we sell come with Lifetime warrantees please consult with us about warrantee policies of individual products.

 

Flooring

If you wish to return an item(s) you must first contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number. After 14 days the order is considered closed, and a return cannot be authorized. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Note the following terms and conditions apply to the authorization of a return.

  • Foxz cannot authorize a return of less than four cartons of any
  • Returned items must be received by us in their original unopened, undamaged and unmarked packaging suitable for re-sale at the full original All items should be packed securely in outer packaging which in all cases must be clearly marked with a valid RA number.
  • Sample items and floor care products containing liquids are not accepted for
  • All return shipping is at your own cost and Note that we are not able to arrange pick up for the items being returned.
  • We recommend using a reputable freight shipping company and that the returned items are protectively wrapped to avoid transit damage.

Items returned to our returns address without a Return Authorization number will be rejected on delivery or received and stored at the owner’s cost for 30 days to be collected or donated to a charitable cause.

 

 

General- Applies to all items

We make every effort to pack and ship our products carefully. All products that are returned must be packaged in a similar fashion to ensure damage does not occur, no credit will be issued unless products are received in good re-sellable condition. No Unauthorized Returns Will Be Accepted. Prior to shipping back any product we must be contacted by E-mail and picture(s) must be submitted to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number, RGA Number.

No Cancellations or Modifications Will Be Allowed After 24 Hours of Order Placement
